Hello guys im having problem with my site the users of my site is always online even if they dont. and i found out that they dont hit logout and just close their browser.
so im wondering may its my cron job.
but how will i run it?. coz in cpanel
i test it and give me an error that im not allowed to use cron job. is there any alternative way?

@Ronnel, if you have an access to your server via SSH you can run crontab -l command and then copy and paste the Oxwall cron command to the command line and hit Enter (don't copy asterisks). If there is an error, you would see it.
