debug error upon re-activating the plugin. The error was siting a duplicate entry into the database. "ocsguests_menu_item_ocsguests" Key

Tammy's fix solved the debug issue. By adding this in the deactivate.php the error went away.
OW::getNavigation()->deleteMenuItem('ocsguests', 'ocsguests_menu_item');
