When click on Video call , open popup and showing error

"Error 404 - Not Found

The document you are looking for may have been removed or re-named. Please contact the web site owner for further assistance."

1) Plugin version is 9976

2) Replaced the core files: ow_core/application.php and

3) ow_core/mobile_application.php

Configured the SSL certificate

How to fix it, please help me on that.

Hello Craig,

This error may occur only in case the SSL is enabled/cofigured incorrectly. Can you open your site through https protocol. Does it opens with no issues? Could you please provide us with your site URL, and specify what OS and browser name/version you are using. Also, please provide us with the steps we need to perform to reproduce the issue.
