1. Can another user download a song for free if the person uploading the song has selected free?
2. Can another user view the music files uploaded by his friend by just opening his friend's profile and not going to any special page like the all music page or anything like that? If yes, is the plugin's location on user profile customizable?

there are settings on upload page for member to set sell,listen or free
yes they can go to members profile or members music page
you can allow members to move to different locations on profile but cannot change color
