always receiving 1 new plugin update, but realy in plugins there are noo updates. why?

It's the devs updating/testing their plug ins on 1.8.1.
There should be a change log somewhere in the plug in files or store saying what the update is for.

DeFender, what do you mean by really in plugins there are no updates? Where do you see that there's no update for that specific plugin?

Enable dev mode and refresh your website, clear browser cache, if you have any caching plugin, purge the cache, see if the update notification still hangs in there.
