I'm sorry but we cannot reproduce that. Do you have any caching plugins on your website? Also please contact your hosting provider and request info whether they have restored a backup for your website.

In this case, please PM me your Cpanel access details, so we could reproduce and check the issue.

By the way, do you have any moderators who has access to the admin panel?

I have moderators however no one has touched the theme and both sites have separate moderators and are having the exact same issue

Only one thing comes to mind in this case, you're using one theme license on several domains. Is that so?

I thought that was the issue because at first I did then i set a different theme to each site and the issue persists I will try one more thing and report if it works

I'm having the same problem. I have only a few plugins running. I have most of the default plugins disabled (forums, groups, etc..), no users either and no traffic yet and the theme keeps reverting to simplicity periodically.

I have no way to figure out what's happening. I'm looking for clues, but found nothing since I have almost nothing running.

Only running the following plugins:

0xArt Advanced SEO

Adsense Pro - ADVERTISEMENT

CMS - for oxwall system

Chaturbate Api

Html Pages (embed html pages)

Pages (extended pages for OXWALL)

WYSIWYGEDITOR (Visual Editor)

Theme is Flatty - Responsive

Everything else is disabled.

Are you running any of these plugins?  Maybe one of them could be causing it?

Let me know

Still happening. Can't find any reason for it. I did notice that I needed to reset my theme in the store. I did this already yesterday. There most be something with the licensing check process. I'm not using theme on any other site.

app this is issue is happening to a few of us, I contacted the developer he took a look and said it had to do with it being a license key error, I like many reset the key and the issue it still happening and was asked to contact oxwall about it I did so and havent heard back from them yet.

reset ip. still happening. Looks like everyone else has made oxwall aware of the situation. Its an issue within the core of the license ip check.  I guess we will see how long it takes them to address the issue. My main concern is seeing you guys continue to grow your sites. losing your theme every night does not look professional and should be a huge concern for the administration team here at oxwall. Guess we will see if that holds true.

Quote from Oxwall Accessories reset ip. still happening. Looks like everyone else has made oxwall aware of the situation. Its an issue within the core of the license ip check. I may have a code edit that could bypass the license check but I am not sure oxwall would be happy with me releasing that. I guess we will see how long it takes them to address the issue. My main concern is seeing you guys continue to grow your sites. losing your theme every night does not look professional and should be a huge concern for the administration team here at oxwall. it all boils down to oxwall should not be playing god and should of made a button in plugin and theme admin so the developer can set if he wants licence checks on or off
