I'd like to include an iframe PHP page inside the user dashboard, and call it up by appending the userid to the URL so that the PHP page can take that parameter and use it as part of an SQL query.  Alternatively, have the PHP read the userId from a cookie.

My question is, how does one read the currently logged-in userId value when on the user dashboard? 

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
