Hello, trying to purchase the Liquid theme and it says payments are not accepted. How do I purchase?

You can try contacting the seller, but, if I were you, I would reconsider. The theme hasn't been updated since 1.7.4. It may, and may not be compatible with the latest Oxwall version. I always look at version compatibility before purchasing plugins, or themes. Not updated=No support=may not work=the headache of either fixing yourself, or trying to get a refund.
