Is there any way to reorder the way that featured articles appear? It seems to count down from newest ID to oldest, instead of a specific order when clicking Mark as Featured. I've looked in the database and there's also no way to reorder how they appear from there.

Sometimes an article is written before another one, giving it a lower ID number. After publishing it, it would be nice to be able to get it in the premium spot so that people see it.
