I've faced something similar to your report and it seemed that Chrome added ads to some pages by itself. I've seen that a couple of times only. Maybe just a glitch.

Finally I am not alone. Why this happens only on Oxwall.org  site?

I actually never saw this issue on the Oxwall.org, I met this problem once on a blog (not Oxwall blog) and the second time I cannot remember where this happened.
