Would you confirm that an item's license has been granted by this transaction? You may check it in Oxwall Store > My Items page.

Send us transaction ID and a user's profile URL who purchased the item.

license has not granted by oxwall store system , so profile of user is not identifiable . we send a mail to the buyer but no response .
