Tiny problem with The original 'Aerial' theme and Member Award Plugin | Forum

Hello,

i have a Problem with The original 'Aerial' theme and Member Award Plugin.

if a user get a award, it will be Show at the at the newsfeed on FrontPage, but it Shows not right. it must be a Little bit more up.

please take a look at the Screen i have attached.

the plugin coder say: it is a Problem with the theme, not with the plugin. the theme are not for oxwall 1.8.0 and +).

so what i can do to fix it?

We do not provide assistance with 3rd party plugins issues. The plugin should be compatible with the default themes, not the opposite. Please refer the dev to this topic, let him reply here.

he say that "The original 'Aerial' theme" is NOT a Default theme.

In this case you can claim a refund, probably that will draw his attention to the case.
