how i can Change the target for embedded Video (as sample from YouTube), that a user have posted at the newsfeed?

So far it will be posted right, but if you clic on it, it will open the YouTube clip in same window. So i think it is set to "_self", but i need it to change into "_blank" that the link will open at a new window. I only need it for embedded video at the newsfeed.

have anyone a idea?
