First of all, please be polite. 

Secondly - are you using your theme on several domains or one domain only? 

If one domain only you need to go to 'my purchases' section, "themes" tab -> you'll find reset button next to theme you bought, click on it and then enter your license key for the theme in the admin panel. 

if you're using the same theme on several domains, you'll need to obtain another copy of that theme

1 theme fo 1 web, but it goes to deffault,,more updates oxwall team - more issues you made..

Have you tried to restore your IP and then enter your license key again?

How to restore my ip? I had reset my theme license, updated theme but still the same. This issue is after platform update..hope ox team will stop update bcz every time it goes worst and worst..

Same problem here,   running Trendy Dark...    every day theme is set back to simplicity...
Already reset the license key.  delete/upload theme again and entered new license key.

Same problem. Periodically, the theme is reset for no reason. IP, cache and everything else tried. How to get the money back?

the licance checking should be a option for the dev to set on or off in there plugins themes

Again the morning starts with the installation of the licensed themes. The IP address has to be reset, although it is specified correctly and corresponds to the current. Developers, you can finish this idiocy? I bought the plugins and themes more than 1000 dollars! Give me back the money, and forget about the bad. Waiting for a clear answer from Oxwall team
