You can exclude according to the instructions, all images
User-agent: Googlebot-Image Disallow: /
add this to your robots.txt
you don't need to do that every 90 days

Also I recommend you to remove the images urls from your sitemap.xml file in order to make sure that they won't appear in the search results.
