What do you mean by resetting your website?

remove your admin and password from here do not post it in public forums

set dev and debug in config file to false 

then use ftp and go to plugin folder and copy ipToCountry  plugin to your computer
then delete the plugin with ftp on your server
that will allow you to login as admin the go to plugins and click uninstall ipToCountry  plugin t

you will then get popup confirm to remove the plugin 
before you click accept use ftp to upload the ipToCountry  plugin back into plugin folder

then click the confirm remove plugin

can you tell me how can I site in the cpanel back added into a date where the page in order was..Thank you!

or go to phpmyadmin and go 0w base plugins and find ipToCountry  plugin and change the 1 to a 0

if you can not understand how to do this you have no hope of running oxwall

What is your advertisement and Geolocation IP database plugin versions?

I'm asking because we cannot reproduce the issue on our side. Did you ad advertisement? Please provide us the steps you did before the error occurred. 

To get rid of an error, go to your database ow_base_plugins table -> set 0 in the isActive column for Geolocation IPs database plugin
