I'm sorry but we cannot reproduce the issue. 

we have created two messages, replied ot the first one, then went back to the messages list, the 2nd message still at the top. see screenshot. 

please try to reproduce the issue on our demo and provide us with the exact steps how to do that. 

You need plenty messages from lots users not just 2

how many messages exactly?

Maybe 10 or more

I dont know exatly but it happens every account i try 

Onces its messed up go to a page like mobile dashboard then back to messages and there the right way arround again 

Then answer the second message and go back message list is messed up again

I followed your instructions, created like 10 new messages - > opened 1 and replied, then went to dashboard and then again to my messages list - > no issue. see screenshot. 

please try to reproduce the issue on our demo, seems like the issue on your side only. 

No u not follow it at all lol u done what i sayed to see it work 

For it not to work get 2 new messages tben reply to one then go back to messages and is screwed up list 

Go to dashboard and back to messages there back in the right order

the position of the messages dooe not change, whether it is read or new message, the sorting orders messages by the time you get the message,

so you can have an old unread message at the bottom of the messages list

No the second unanswered  new message goes to the bottom the list 

When i ave time il screen shot it 

ok new message

then reply to it and go back to messages page 

the message list is screwed up the list has changed and the new message i just replied has vanished

the go to any page say mobile dashboard page then back to messages and it back again in right order

the second screenshot is not messages list, it is a user list, please be attentive

well thats stupid and all my members are complain about it 

it should default to message after reply a message not go to users

you click a message button that takes you to users hahahahahah

which is why there are tabs: conversations and user list to choose from

no its just wrong and needs fixing
your on messages and its go to users thats crazy




thats like be in groups and when click on go to a group it takes you to events 

I'm sorry but we cannot reproduce that either, when you click on the message notifications it takes you to the conversations lists, please try on our demo

PM me access details of that user you're having problems with on your website and I'll check the issue
