Is there a converter, or at least a universal import tool for such data?

Sorry, but currently there aren't such tool. I can advise you to post a job on our market and find the proper developer who will create you such tools at a low price.

Impex is an import tool for vBulletin. You can not export any data :-(
We are planning to develop it like this:
writing an exporttool for the mySQL database of vBulletin in a the same format, as the OxWall Data Exporter, so that we can import the data with the plugin Data Importer from Oxwall.
BTW: Is there an interface description for the data importer?

But I found this topic, where they are talking about, that the ning importer doesn't work anymore:

The ning samplefile you mailed me only has got some memberdata exported. Can the ning importer also import forum data?
And last question: where can I find this ning importer for Oxwall?
