New Relic is returning errors for this code upon 2FA auth. The error is:

in call_user_func_array called at /var/www/html/ow_core/request_handler.php (266)
in OW_RequestHandler::dispatch called at /var/www/html/ow_core/application.php (353)
in OW_Application::handleRequest called at /var/www/html/index.php (76)
I'm unable to reproduce this myself, but given that New Relic is reporting it, I'm fairly certain it is happening. Any ideas?
