Hi

I get 2 problem

1.1 URIBL_GREY Contains an URL listed in the URIBL greylist * [URIs: sendgrid.net]

any smtp to recomend that is not in greylist?

My email that sends out to new members to confirm they email to my website not contains a Unsuscribe List.

One more thing can someone share they confirm email text to me that is modify perfectly to pass spam filters so i just can put in easy.

I dont want instructions how to do this just send me text that works perfect and is modified alot with unsuscribe list included in that text

send it here or in a private message to me so i can have my email pass spam filters like a dream.

i want a unique text because so many use oxwall and skadate sites like spam sites ,so i want complete different text for outgoing emails from my website so any who want share they unique text for outgoing confirm emails i would bee very happy.

thanks

Marcus

Default confirmatioin e-mail does not have  a link to the unsubscribe list.

thats against every email providers mail sending policy's

all mail from a website needs unsubscribe links

From what a user should unsubscribe from, if he's not even a member of the website yet.

from all mail from the site
ie invitations or anything

so if some nob head or bot puts in there email and starts send invite mails or join mails over and over

with out unsubscribe link the only chose they have is mark it as spam
and really stuff you over

i have a list of over 300 email addys that have marked my sites mail as spam

if i wanted to be a ahole i could go any oxwall site and join with them email adys
and with no unsubscribe link i know they will mark them as spam
email providers then scrap the mail and see theres no unsubscribe link
and bam that site wont be able to send mail for a wile
and would not take me long to cripple 50 sites

at least with the unsubscribe button your email rep only gets hurt little
when some one marks mail as spam

i understand what ross means with this emails not need unsubscribe links. but when i was run my emails that sends out to new members i was get a warning from this email checker http://www.mail-tester.com/ that my email was not have any subscribe links.

and when i google around about this i see all emails need a subscribe links to bee safe from not go in junk inbox or get in any blacklist.

if i use gmail smtp is there not a limit how many emails you can send out in 1 day?

one more thing when i run http://www.mail-tester.com/ i get warning my text is to short and need contains more txt? this is for confirm emails that goes out from my website

All e-mail notification regarding user activity friend requests and mass mailing have unsubscribe link

as to the limit in gmail smtp, never heard of it, besides the software sends only 50 letters at once, then it sends other 50 letters in the queue.

Start with a small volume: Begin by sending emails to a small number of recipients. This allows you to establish a positive sending reputation gradually.Authenticate your domain: Implement email authentication protocols such as SPF (Sender Policy Framework), DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail), and DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication from https://www.growbots.com/blog/how-to-warm-up-email-domain/ , Reporting, and Conformance) to verify your domain's legitimacy and improve deliverability.Warming up an email domain refers to the process of gradually increasing the sending reputation and building trust with email service providers (ESPs) to improve deliverability and avoid being flagged as spam. Here are some general tips to warm up an email domain.
