When some one text in the chat chat box open up automaticaly, how i can stop this?

the user can click on the "sound" icon, the chat box won't open, it will just flicker that you have a new message.
if you don't want a new chat appear at all, this is considered as a custom code modification.
the file is messages/static/js/contactmanager.js
you will need to do the modification on your own or hire a programmer to do that for you, as we do not provide asisstance with code modifications.
