I have one user ( the admin ) who is friends with everybody 700 friends. Could it be that it slow down all profilles ?

only if he is online. everytime he load newsfeed all the site will slow down

hmmm strange even when he is not online accounts with less then 10 friends are way to slow... 10 sec loading....

Hi Ross and others, Any progress with the newsfeed troubles? A strange thing on my website happend when i did a update from 1.8.1 to 1.8.3. A few days after the update the newsfeed whas pretty fast. But after a few days it was getting slow again. Ross any suggestion?
