Hello,

Via Realtime Google Analytics I can see that there are users online and that there is site activity. But the chat window indicates 0 active users. In the screenshot provided at that moment we had 3 active users (Site just started a month ago). Can you please explain to me why the online users are not showed or counted?

Hello,

The users shown in GA may not be actually online in real time. GA takes average over a minute whereas the counter in chat is live. Hence you may notice difference between the two counts.
