The page yourwebsite.com/newsfeedtrends/connect does not display any elements

@Connect page suppose to show posts where your name/username has been tagged within a certain period of time. If you write a newsfeed post where you tag yourself, it should appear on @Connect and if there are no such posts, then it is going to look empty
