I entered into a contract t with Sprintally Solution to provide me with a theme software, I did not pay for insults, advertisements or malicious software.

To quote your post 'we are using short link to earn money from visitors of our website that redirect an website you need to wait 5 sec to skip that ads . 

And in your second post you say 'there was no advertise content under theme .' a total contradiction 

You go on to say 'we are using advert script only in our website at the section of admin'

Up to the time of your answer I  though I was dealing with a reputable people, you advert is causing malicious  software all because you are getting greedy.

This problem arose solely because you became greedy and decided to run advertise on your Demo site that contained MALICIOUS SOFTWARE.  The fact that you are trading in another country and selling goods in the UK, holds you liable under UK Laws such as the 'Sale of Goods Act and Criminal Proceedings, I want you under no illusions about this. 

However, I did note you stopped using the 'advertising' if you had behaving in a decent manner and apologised this would have ended.  

I am not going to pursue a 'refund' as you clearly have no honour or decency, neither do I have the time or inclination to chase a bowl of rice!
