Local pages which you create in the admin panel are not stored on the server. There's no folder for those page as they are stored in the database, and the content of the pages is stored in the language section. You can find it in keys: www.yourdomain.com/dev-tools/languages the keyword is local_page.

Which folders exactly? Guestbook? Rob the folders cannot be created from Manage pagess section. Did you create them on your own, manually?

Because you need to integrate the script you obtained into the Oxwall software by means of a plugin.
You can insert HTML in the custom created pages.
As I said the content of this page is located in the Languages section of the admin panel.
