I have installed Write with new installations three times. Once it has updated three times I have had the following problems destroying all the work I have done.:-

because you have not update language for other languages . you need to update values for each language . not only for English .

you need to put values for those language code from admin > setting > language > choose oxsoft theme plugin > then there are 3 pages there to put values .

hello i can see you have not installed the plugin till now . so find the oxsoft theme plugin under theme archive and install that .

Oxsoft Responsive theme

Oxsoft Responsive Retina (Based on Wrike)

The Wrike and Oxsoft Responsive Retina have crashed my site after downloading your updates? On one session I used Badoo and that crashed after your update? I am using the free 'Crayon' theme to get my site on line.

From my point of view your theme are not working, your updates have crashed my sites and I need you to tell me what are you going to do about it?

why you don't understand what i'm talking you must have to install the plugin included with the theme archive . without installing the plugin theme will not work . plugin installation require * " and plugins are attached under theme archive .

I am writing to you in English and all you keep saying is install the plug in. So once again in PLAIN ENGLISH for you.

1. I installed Wrike!

2. I installed Plug in!

Result

Write crashed and it destroyed all my work and resulted in with all my pages

You really have an attitude problem with your customers. Along with your alleged 100 buyers which I doubt.

This all was caused by Srintally Solutions by uploading advertising that contained malicious software and now you are asking to have access to my admin and password? How do I know you can be trusted?

if you really need help and don't trust us then create a test site on your sub directory and give those particular directory access .

I don't have the oxsoft plugin zip in the package I purchased and the Language Area does not have the oxsofttheme as an option. Can you please help me with this?
