deactivated all my plugins (deactivated not uninstalled) and now the problem is resolved I can now move the widget freely

Let me know if you are able to reproduce the issue. Usually it happens when you are using some custom JS code widgets on your site.

no it was just after updating it wouldn't move so I had to deactivate the plugins related to it it happens sometimes when installing some plugins or reactivating them just sometimes they don't work right and I have to redo it this has happened on several different servers I figure its just oxwall and isn't that big of a issue its easy to resolve
