Hi I know It most likely my own fault but I simply cannot get this to work.

I have filled in all the fields and and save the relevant data but I cannot click the subscribe button.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still no luck.

Onesignal tells me that I have no registered users. I am geussing that is because I cannot click the subscribe button.

Anyone else had this or know what I am doing wrong?

Cheers

Hello, is your site http or https?

If it's http you must first save your settings and then click the red bell icon in the corner. This will open a popup window (make sure they are not blocked) allow notifications and then click on the subscribe button.

If you do not see the red bell icon then you have entered your settings incorrectly somewhere.

This would indicate then that you've entered your settings incorrectly. Please PM me a screenshot of your settings page.

Hello I'm not exactly  sure what you mean. Sound does not work on every device yet, and will just play your devices default notification sound.

Also regarding that screenshot, it means that you have not configured your onesignal settings or your plugin settings correctly. Please ensure you have followed the user guide correctly.

Oh hang on I just looked again, you do not need to configure the Google Android part. Just safari and Firefox/chrome. It looks like you have configured everything correctly.

I HTTP notice shows only in chrome, on other anything, and no sound.
Everything was set up according to the instructions.
Maybe something else to set the type of script.

У меня HTTP- уведомления показывает только на хром, на других ничего, и звука нет.

Всё настраивал по инструкции.

Может надо что-то ещё устанавливать типа скрипта.

Hello,

Custom sounds at the moment do not work, the notification will use the default sound for the device. I am trying to make a workaround for it but it may not be possible at the moment because of the way notifications are shown.
