If fail to upload a photo, the upload dialogue window（include album creating）will be unavailable again. If close it and reopen upload dialogue window again, the error msg(see attachment) will popup.

You have 500 internal server error while uploading photo, I believe these cases are connected in some way. Please resolve 500 error first and we'll see then.

After change my site from fcgi to non-fcgi, it seems works well. And this issue also has gone.
But I still think that it is better to have a good fault tolerance is important.
