Please help me. Cron job is active, http://mysite.com/email-notifications are configured correctly. But users don't receive a message confirming your registration and notifications of new messages. What could be wrong?

Make sure you indicate correct path in the Cron Jobs command. 

Is your site installed in the root or subfolder? 

Provide screenshot of the page with cron command.

I test my cron job with special plugin.

Andrey, the confirmation and welcome e-mail are sent directly to the mail server, that implies that something is wrong with the mail server, you need to contact your hosting provider and request them to shed some light on the matter. 


As to the cron job command, please check this tutorial: https://docs.oxwall.org/install:cron and I think it will be better to run cron locally.
