Hosting company is telling me it's not their issue. They're asking me to check my "scripts"..?

When creating my OxWall site, I was using the temporary server URL. Now that the site is live, I've changed the live URL in the installation settings but the domain name still isn't showing in the URL bar of the browser... The domain is pointing correctly, and the site is live, but as soon as OxWall renders on my screen, the URL changes in the browser bar from my domain to the temporary server URL.
