Hi,
I changed my hosting provider and transferred the publich_tml folder from the old server to the new one. My website is not coming up.
Here are the two pages which do come up, referencing Oxwall.

My new hosting provider said I need to find out from Oxwall what needs to be done.
When I go into http://www.verdurez.com/INSTALL, the page is blank (screenshot attached).
Can someone please help?

1. Make sure that htacess file got transferred.
2. Check error logs. There is always an error behind blank page. https://skatips.wordpress.com/...all-blank-white-page.
On another note, why are you installing software? You simply need to move source code +database and then correct ow_includes/config.php file on new host to reflect correct DB data

Are you going from cPanel -> cPanel? It might be easier to backup your cPanel account on your old server and provide the full backup image to your new web host and they should be able to restore this for you.
This way everything would be transferred 'as-is' on the current server without the need to do another install.

Thank you for your help. I was not able to access data to back up again (following the above instructions). So I have renewed hosting for one month with my old/existing company. Will follow the steps suggested here and get back.
