Admin not able to modify membership | Forum

hey guys,

one our site admin was provided during the installation as the user name.

we added a second 'admin2' and under moderation gave him all the rights as the admin account.

Yet when admin2 wants to go under moderation tools and edit membership of a user.. (lets say manually extend his membership) he is unable to do so. one the admin account used during installation is able to.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Lukasz, I believe you're using 3rd party plugin for the memberships. Please send all your reqeust to plugin developer to get assistance. As we do not provide assistance with 3rd party items issues.
