Why some of my users look like this I mean the only think you can see is the username and activity no other info is available is it a bug or something?

This is how my users show! Could it be that the person connected with facebook and not filled up the required profile questions like in my case date of birth and location?

Nope OXWALL buddy with your paid theme I mean the one you sell on store.
I tested on DEMO by showing birth day on profile and YES just as on my site some users don't show date of birth nor gender.

Can you please provide the steps? Did you disable birthday profile question, is that all?

Actually FB connect has nothing to do with this.
Please check some of your users does not have filled out birthday field, which is why they don't have it shown on the user listing. Are you 100% sure you did not have it required before?

It only happens on users connected with FB and yes I am positive that they didn't completed the required questions. Thanks buddy.
