Also can the settings reflect cities in stead of countries? If so how does one configure that?

In the meantime the plugin does not work with the mobile version of the website.
To show cities instead of the countries is considered as a custom code modification, which you need to do on your own.

Would also like see support for the mobile side of Oxwall.
Doesn't have to be a huge update but anything is better than nothing at this point.
