Just went to my Terms of Use at http://www.myvirgo.info/terms-of-use and noticed it is blank, last time i checked it wasn't, did the update wipe out default terms of use ?

If the box is empty when you edit the pages button in admin pages, then also check the language content, the key is in
BASE {text key='base+local_page_content_page-119658'}
your number at the end might be different. If that is empty as well then yes it did wipe it.

Be sure to backup your sites folks before a backup. Take your TOS and Privacy pages and store them in notepad so you can put them back if you need to.

They are not in the directory, they are in the Database, you need to look in the language section of admin.
