Here is list of browsers which support WebRTC technology: Chrome, Firefox, Opera.

As for the Safari, for now this browser does not support WebRTC, thus, the Video Instant Messenger will not work in this browser. Please read this article, you might find it useful: http://www.theregister.co.uk/..._webrtc_into_webkit/
