Can you help me please?

I did update my site from 1.8.2 to 1.8.3
And shows me a pge with this:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected 'class' (T_CLASS), expecting identifier (T_STRING) or variable (T_VARIABLE) or '{' or '$' in /home/mejico/public_html/uli.mx/ow_core/developer_tools.php on line 376

Does it have a solution????
