I tried to update 'messages' plugin but after it done , i see a blank page when i logged to admin area !

OMG! it gave me many errors .....
also after them i changed ow_utilities permission to 777 , it didnt helps and maybe it was wrong

what is "zero" doing on your screenshot?
Seems like you put it somewhere. Provide the exact steps what you did before this occured.
no need to set 777 permission to ow_utilities. why are doing this? you need to set 777 permissions to ow_staticow_userfilesow_pluginfilesow_smarty/template_cWhat is your software version?

IMPORTANT: it has to be done recursively.
see if you still have that unlink error

recursively means all files and folders inside those folders should be of 777 permissions as well, are they?

Billy if they are not 777 in those directories, then you dont have to do each file one at a time, you can do them all via ftp or using your file manager.
