my site keeps creating these files in the public_html folder called core and it is creating a lot of them is this normal?

I checked my public_html and did not see any files called core. My installation is in a subdomain and not in the main domain folder.

I found the cause of this btw it was due to the server having issues I talked to my server admins so if you have this problem please look to server error
