I was installing Oxwall in my compotador in XAMPP, and was giving trouble at the time of completion, where on the screen to mark the plugins to be installed, were not working and so the final installation Oxwall did not perform. I managed the installation when deleted in ow_includes folder the command "define ( 'OW_INSTALL_PLUGINS', false)" the config.php file. By doing this Oxwall it was installed, but without the plugins. Then, after performed installation I returned define ( 'OW_INSTALL_PLUGINS', false); in config.php and so, then logged into the site, the admin panel now I install all plugins, even plugins GitHub I'm installing now!
