You could go here to download versions of the video plugin on Github

Bob, we recommend to have the latest version of the software and plugins or at least plugins compatible with the certain version. You cannot upgrade plugins which are compatible with the latest version which is 1.8.3 as this can and will cause errors.

Please install the latest version of 1.8.3 ( as I believe you don't have any content now) and see if the issue persists.

Could you please recommend that Softaculous down load the latest version as they are still downloading 1,8.0 on cpanel.

Bob i believe that is your host issue not Softaculous. The host needs to update their autoload platform.  Yes just checked and my cpanel has 1.8.3 so im sure its a host issue, they are running old stuff and probably dont have auto update turned on.

Bob what is your hosting provider?
We still recommend you to do the manual installation. See the tutorial:

The sites been down as I have had to sort a lot of problems out its now up and running http://philippinesrocks.com/philippines/ I had to put it in a separate directory As I am running a copy in another. The path has been redirected so now http://philippinesrocks.com works.

Ross the host is  http://webmarkster.com/webhosting
