Hi,

I tried send private message option on my oxwall supported site www.robberspace.com and its showing an error called undefined so i am not even able send messages but also that box is not closing.

Please help me with this issue.

switch to the default theme and disable all third party plugins and javascript you have on your webiste, then we'll proceed

what is your software version?

what is your messages plugin version?

my software version is 1.8.3 and message plugin version is also latest one i can give you my admin panel details if you want but please help me with this issue

it is in the plugin.xml file in the plugin folder

If possible i give my server access you check it i had a check in ow plugins section i found every plugin but not messages

try to enable dev mode and refresh your website

deactivate and reactivate your messages plugin and see if the issue persists

if it does, pm me your cpanel and admin website access details.
