Hi! I assume this plugin is similar with the one included within oxwall installation. However, it seems I cant edit this form. Please see attachment. Also, whenever I edit from the admin dashboard will result in blank page.

Seems like the plugin has not been installed correctly, can you uninstall it completely and reinstall it back, please

I already did that, but no luck. However, I just updated my oxwall and its plugin (including contact, I think), and now its working correctly. I'm not sure if its related with language package (because I create another language plugin, and my meta title also face this kind of problems). For now, it resolved.
