Great that you find a copy :) Why 1.8.3 and not 1.8.4 ?I tried updating to 1.8.4 and it messed up ,so i need to go back to 1.8.3

this time I update to 1.8.4 and forgot to turn all plugin off first. my website come up with all error and it is dead. I need to reinstall a new one again.
why we have to turn off all plugin every time we update?

Because when you update you are updating the core of Oxwall. Oxwall is a software that is built on a core and then plugins. The core must be updated seperately.
What i mean is that the plugins have to be disabled so they do not interfier with the core update.
