Undefined Menus | Forum

Hi Everyone!!

I'm desperated trying to find a solution for my problem.

I recently install Video Chat plugin. when i open it under windows platform all its fine.. but if i open the page using mac OS X when i clic Video Chat in the menu, all the menus turn into the word undefined and the chat doesn't work. how i can solve this issue. if someone can help me i will be grateful.

i attached a picture so you can see what im talking about.

if this is the one you installed

then it is only compatible with 1.7.0 and 1.6.0, also this is a question for the developer. But i doubt if very many of the plugins in the store support MAC.

whats happen if the developer doesn't offer support after purchase?

1. Report them to the store moderation team

2. Request a refund from the Dev
3. If the purchase was through PayPal, I believe you can open a dispute, If the Dev want refund your money.
