we just tested on our side and it works as it should. please disable all third party plugins and do the testing on the default theme again.

Blog nor Forum work since last update. There are nowhere to write a new post and it says "You dont have permission"?

You need to manage permissions

You may have changed the admin authorization role in the selection.
Assign a person from SAFA profile role you will have problems.
