Are their any plans to develop content filters for sites that want to keep any sort of x-rated media or language off the site? I have seen word filters/bots before with other sites. but even a simple option to make photo and video additions a mandatory Admin/Mod approval would be nice. 

If I gather enough time I can develop a simple PHP script to replace or erase bad words from my site. I cannot however create a plugin to make certain items mandatory to be approved.
