Yes is different, beacuse i write this plugin:
- you can chose if display message to registered users (in registration process they accept terms of service and privacy policy, then you don't need display them this message)
- you can choose position message,
- you can choose after how many days this message will be display again,
We have free market, users can choose which plugin is the best for them
